21C Spitfire question.

Post by flpickupman » Sun Mar 08, 2009 11:57 am

My apologies if this has been addressed already.

Which Mk is the 21C Spit, and would it be approximate to a Mk V/C.a?

Thanks. :)

I think it's a MK I or II.

I know it doesn't have the later 20mm cannons, or 6 exaust pipes per side like later models. Not sure if the V had those though, or if it was an even later MK.

For the most part it will look similar, with the exeption of what Dauntless mentioned above.

According to my research, the 21C Spit's exhaust (indicative of the Mk II) appears to closely resemble the the Mk V's. Desert Spit, here I come!

Once I actually acquire one that is. Anybody got a Spit for sale? 8)
