Not pleased with Voyager Toys

Post by Philip » Tue Jun 28, 2005 3:40 pm

Well, I finally called Voyager and asked about my pre-order of the FOV tanks. They informed me that they received a small shipment and they went first come first served, and that they have no idea when the next shipment would be. This doesn't bother me. What bothers me is that they evidently were not going to inform me of anything!

I did find the two FOV tanks that I wanted from The Motor Pool. This is my first order with them. Onsite was out of the T-72, and that is the main one that I wanted. So, I do know that Onsite and Stratton's Toys communicate well with their customers. I hope that The Motor Pool is similar. Anyway, Voyager needs to improve their customer service if they are going to be an online business. A simple e-mail would have been sufficient. An informed customer is an appreciative customer.
