Found this at TRU
It includes the bracket for the roof mounted MG which I haven't put on yet because I wanted to use something more accurate from FoV or BBI.
You can see from this image that it's a bit overscale. Trek Tracks are fully functional.

My understanding is yes..
"Broad Area Announcement for an advanced Lightweight Tactical All Terrain Vehicle (LTATV). PROGRAM OBJECTIVES AND DESCRIPTION: This notice constitutes a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) as represented in FAR 6.102(d)(2). The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is soliciting proposals for advanced capabilities for a Lightweight Tactical All Terrain Vehicle (LTATV). These systems enhance SOF mission performance by providing a family of mobility platforms to meet both tactical and logistical function needs. The LTATV utility variant can be used to evacuate casualties, transport equipment, and haul supplies within the unit’s operational area.
The addition of commercially available track conversion system or other technologies may be considered to enhance around-the-clock, all weather use in cold climates and otherwise un-navigable terrain. The USSOCOM has an interest for the research and development of a family of mobility platforms to meet tactical and logistical functions."
Despite their crazy looks they chew up terrain like nobody's business.
Takes about 15 minutes to swap them out for the tires.

Is that battery operated and do the treads roll? That is quite interesting looking.
They used to race those (with the wheels) in "stadium offroad racing". Kids would usually race them that were prepping to go up to dune buggies/trucks and stuff. At least back when I watched off road racing they did anyway. I forget what class those thigns were called but the races were some of the best to watch.
I love it with the little tank tracks. That's freakishly cool.

Now Hasbro, make us some Head Sculpt & Endor Uniform variations! The new Rebel Fleet Trooper gets the JJ Seal of Approval Though!

The wheels off a Power Team ATV would probably be about the right size but I don't think the rims are the same.

I have quite a few 1/18ish quads from various makers. If you want me to see if I can round up some wheels for you let me know.

this is part of the new military line at Target and TRU that is slightly overscale. There is also the Desert Buggy posted about a few weeks ago. You can see them both at TRU.com

I took a look at this vehicle on the TRU website. IMO $15 is a bit expensive for what it is but I suppose for something like this there aren't really any alternatives. The desert buggy on the other hand is a different story. The buggy from Power Team is much better looking and can be had a bit cheaper. And what the heck is up with the weapons that come with these figures? They look like they're made for 6-8" figures.

I saw it today - it looks a bit big - but I may get one once we figure out the best wheel switch

I dug out my sons PTE ATV and took a look at the wheels. The diameter across is a hair shy of 1.25". I have no idea how big the Prowler is so I'm not sure if those would be an appropriate size. The PTE ATV has 5 spoked rims so they wouldn't be perfect but the tires look fairly close. The tires are a separate part from the rims so it's always possible that they could be used on a different set of rims of the appropriate size. I also took a look at some pictures of the Prowler and on some vehicles it does seem to have different wheels than the ones pictured on the vehicle above.
Here's a picture of the PTE ATV:
The only thing is the PTE ATV isn't as easy to find as it used to be. Marauder doesn't seem to carry them any more though it's always possible that one might be found at Big Lots. They do show up on eBay fairly often.
Also while looking I found the home page for the company that makes the Prowler:
