did u buy them? i held off on mine for nowCENT-ONE wrote:Yeah, I was thinking I really should order a few more just to have some spares for customs. When I put them in my cart I noticed that the blammo discount is no longer there so they're now $24.95 each even when you buy multiples.

whats up doc....
Yeah, I'm holding off on them for the moment as well. They've still got 231 in stock and I'm hoping they reinstate the blammo discount on them. I'm also holding off on another order to see if they post anything new that I want (c'mon panzer IV's!!!). I've already made 6 or 7 separate orders and I'd really like to consolidate the next one.

I wonder why they changed it on the Panthers?
Pickelhaube must have tipped the balance when he ordered 100 panthers!

Got my Panther yesterday and am quite glad I did. It is a very nice scheme with excellent paintwork. Very much worth the price in the MD sale, but I would not have paid $80-$100 for it
Part of me is still very much partial to the S1 Panther scheme, but the S4 scheme has much better detailing and painting on all the tools. Get them while you can!

I was going to order one today but missed out. Someone in the MD thread claimed he bought the remaining stock to sell on eBay. I hope he is kidding because thats screwing fellow collectors. Scalpers are slimey pieces of **** not matter how they justify it. I'm sure someone scooped them up intent on resale. Oh well, I guess early bird gets the worm and I'll be waiting until another good deal comes along. I'll be damned before I spend $80 now.

After opening all of my new Panthers, I noticed the commander figures had no paint details on their faces. No eyes, lips, or any highlights like other 21st figures. The wire headseat is painted on, but no other details.
The head is merely the color of the plastic cast. Is this just a lack of quality control, or another way to reduce costs?
The S4 Panthers are very nice.
