aferguson wrote:it was several pictures and it was two years ago. All i recall is that it looked great, was the shark mouth desert storm paint scheme and had oodles of ordnance. I can't remember anything about the u/c.

So, i guess if they do release it you won't be getting it if the u/c is a bit thick, is that it?

Aferg that is going to be a tough one...I never bought the hellcat....did not like it.....don't get me wrong it looked good if you display it by hanging it on the ceiling but drop the under carriage and fold the wings it looses it appeal to me.......... So its hard to say I will have to see what it looks like but by Bbi track record..... I do have my doubts......... the L/G is just as important as the rest of the aircraft...
Colonel "Madman" Maddox: Let me hear your guns!
Captain Wild Bill Kelso: My what?
Colonel "Madman" Maddox: Your guns! Ack, ack, ack, ack, ack!
Captain Wild Bill Kelso: [fires his airplane's guns] AHHHH!

Better make the landing gear thick, or make them our of metal. That's a whole lotta plastic whose weight has to focus on three skinny struts. :?

Mike shared a little secret with you that we don't know about Aferg? I have to give you credit for keeping a lid on it.

Yeah - I am still trying to determine why the initials AF appear on the blacked out pages of the Kennedy reports and several volumes of Area 51 documentation....

Let BBI do the A-10 so Admiral is free to work on their 3 secret projects.
