What 32X vehicle would you want to see in XD next?

Post by Morian Miner » Wed Jun 15, 2005 6:08 pm

Just for humor, if you could ask 21C to take one of their 32X vehicles to be the next XD vehicle, which one would it be? I just pulled the 32X vehicles off the website, so there may be some errors in the list. And I had to remove some of the vehicle because of too many poll options.

I agree with Andrew---all of the above. However, if I must choose only one I pick the 88 as well.

Count me in for "all of the above" but if it had to be one my vote goes for the 88 gun. :D

I agree, the 88mm would be great, but you need something to pull it around like the 8 ton half-track.

Sell them separate, what a great diorama of a group of 88's and maybe two of the 8 tonners. :)

That could keep me awake, just thinking about them. Throw in a King Tiger or Jadtiger and I won't go to sleep at all.

Have pity, on an old guy.

I picked the Panzer III for one reason. This tank would allow for a lot of customs
and give 21st Century a good basis for Stugs,Nashhorns,Hummels, ect. Although
an all of the above would be nice, you did say just one.

Mark: all of those tanks except the stug III were based on the Panzer IV, which is happily already out. :)

To not be origional, I want all of the above! Nonetheless, I chose the King Tiger as one would simply be awesome if it came with a full interior & in an ambush cammo scheme! I know there is already the amazing 1:16 version; however, based on the results of their Tiger, 21c would be capable of doing a darn good job nonetheless.

Potential

Post by digger » Thu Jun 16, 2005 4:03 am

Boss is right - all the real potential was in the Panzer IV. And when the turret did not come off I knew the variations were not going to happen. Think of how easy it would have been to just pluck of tank turret, add AA guns.... 8)
2d most potential may be in the german halftrack, so I think that gets my vote. Especially as we have no German truck we need a troop carrier. :D

Definately the M-18 Hellcat!! With the open-top turret, it would have some really cool detailed interior goodness, breach and all!!

C'mon guys! An "all of the above" button is a given, but would have been too easy.

I'd like all of them, too, but the ME262 in 1:18 would be spectacular, so gets my vote!
