Question about WC63 Truck

I see Bad Cat has it listed (#10174) as S2. Was there a S1 :?: Same thing with the Command car. :shock: What's up with that?

Truck & CC

The S1 CC was at tru complete with flags and regalia in a lighter green and with no figures.
The truck is S1 - there has not been any other paint scheme. I don't care which they plan to do when, whichever is first is "S1" in my book. :P
