I second that. Nothing beats a sweet find except one that's on clearance. In such cases one is tempted to buy multiples...Hope I find one on sale.
The FOV Elefant is finally here!

i think ltcbj is a pretty cool guy. eh makes joeks and off-hand humor and doesn't afraid of anything.

I don't expect anyone to understand that. Maybe Rowsdower, maybe. But it is true, ltcbj is a pretty cool guy. I wonder, how old is he? What does he look like? Where is he from? What does his collection look like? These are all questions sure to be answered when you step into... The Twilight Zone...

He looks much like his avatar.
Bald and glowing.
He's as old as he thinks he is which ranges from pre-teen to, well, his avatar....

I GOT MY ELEFANT
The gamble paid off... I found the truck on Monday, which was there with the MLRS that had been on the shelf for months. I bought the truck, but moved the MLRS into the RC toy aisle. Tuesday I checked the store, but the space for the FOV vehicles was still empty and the MLRS was still in the RC asile. Went into the store today (Wednesday) and they had put out an Elefant and another truck - and finally caught on to the hidden MLRS, which was back in its regular spot
It was odd, but when I purchased the truck on Monday and the Elefant today, neither were in the system and the cashier seemed to go through hell-and-high-water to track down the correct code and scan the item into the system. It was something about the vehicles being an online sale item, but accidentally sent to the stores...
Either way, it was nice to pay only half price for a new FOV vehicle

LOL, the Jeeps are TRU only!schizuki wrote:No Jeeps on the shelf, huh?

Speaking of that, I just came back from Target today and I found both the OIF Abrams and Deuce. At the checkout the Abrams rang up as $25.99 but when we got to the Deuce the price was not available, so I was pulled aside where by great luck I picked a passing employee to check the price for the Deuce and he came back with the price of $9.99 on it, but the best part was he checked out my Abrams $9.99 too! What a knowledgable guy, I love him!

I googled Chris Hansen and why would I care if you claimed to be.
I really fail to see the relevance.

Luckily they seem to come together, so if you find one, the other will not be far behind. Finding the Elefant, for whatever reason, totally made my week. Even though it was expensive for an action grade vehicle at $28, that was still a steal from the $60+ Enthusiast version without missing out on too much. I can always do the weathering by handAlloySkull wrote:So I need to check Target again. God I need an Elefant! Then comes the Deuce.
