It doesnt matter where the dough came from with PP, it usually takes 3-4 days to get it in your bank account. As for problems getting there, usually their customs is a PITA and they charge an extra fee depending on the monetary value of the item. I always ship stuff like that as a gift and with very little monetary value but with insurance enough to cover the item. Ive sent planes to italy and paid pretty close to $50 for it, I havent had any other problems though.

If taking Paypal make sure you read section 11 of their user agreement particulary 11.8 governing shipping. If you do it wrong you have no protection and/or recourse if something goes wrong or buyer decides to screw you over. This is why I quite shipping international. I've always only taken Paypal from int. buyer coz less headache although mo's from Canada were ok. But, a large % of int. buyers I had were complaing about the shipping and I only charge actual with no handling. But...if you take Paypal, you gotta follow more bs rules. You can ship from the US to anywhere via UPS, Fedex, or DHL coz they offer door to door tracking. They are also VERY expensive. International orders less than $250 have to go at a minimum USPS priority int. with a customs decl.. Over $250 then gotta go USPS Express. Don't do it this way and you'll have no protection. Follow this link for more info:

Hope this helps.

Also if you have an established PP acct like a premier or business and have an atm card then the money will be available immedietely in your PP balance. It takes 3-4 bus. days once you transfer the funds from your PP balance to your personal bank acct if you opt to do so. Usually right on 3 business days in my experience. You can process the shipping label online via Paypal shipping, very easy. You want to mark the item as "other" with a description unless you want to call it a gift which technically is fraudulent to do so. By marking a gift the recipient won't have to pay customs and duty fees when they pick up their item at their post office (if under a certain value). Not all countries do it, alot do and it's expensive for them. With ebay and paypal being so persnickity nowadays it's best to follow the rules coz the side effect of not is losing your item and your money coz they'll take it in a heartbeat if they so desire...
