What really amazes me is the pose in the second photo.

You know I could see ebay maybe overlooking this if the seller was discreet with his description and photos, but for the seller to be so blatant as to show das Fuhrer throwing the seig heil.

I bet the add gets pulled by morning.

What I love so much about Ebay is it's consistancy! (sarcasm added for free!)
If one guy does something wrong and the listing gets pulled, make sure when the next guys does the same thing- he gets the same treatment.

I agree totally. Looks like this auction will go through and escape the EBAY police this time.

the only way listing violations get caught is if somebody squeels. Ebay doesn't have people spending their days looking for listing violations, but if someone reports something or complains then it will be dealt with if it's a violation of policy.

That's why it appears inconsistent.

Having said that.....this one was pretty blatant....i guess nobody complained.

I thought about getting it but it wouldnt go well with my 1/18 guys. Though it would appear sorta godlike to the litte germans, I just dont think the litte americans would play along with it.

I dunno... the guy looks a little like Peter Sellers to me... Possibly the fact that no Nazi symbols are evident (ie. swastika) and the name Hitler is never mentioned may account for it, on the other hand maybe they just haven't become aware of it yet, as some have suggested.
