Grunt, Thanks for the pics and congratulations on finding a canvs top. It looks good but I'm thinking its kind of not to scale or maybe its more the (plastic) canvs top just has more detail.
Zonetoys, I like your idea of glueing cloth on to the plastic top. "Suede" paint ? i don't know. I'd try a thin old bed sheet...cotton somthing like that. The sculpture on the plastic top looks great but the texture of a thin cotton sheet glued on it might look better than Hasbros Canvas Top.

Re: Huh?
Same here, but I guess you mean the battle pack Vogel. The only thing different about the battle pack Vogel is that he doesn't have his pimp stick from what I can see.dandaman wrote:What do you mean "different" Vogel figures?grunt1 wrote:Anyone have a side by side of the different Vogel figures?

Sigh...
For the last time...the pistol is not molded into his hand! It's removable, just like the carded figure! Jeez!!!grockwood wrote:The battle pack Vogel has a Luger pistol molded into his hand instead of carring his pimp stick .

Found the Mutt Williams on the motorcycle set today at the Los Banos CA Wal Mart. I had not seen one in my area further south, in part because I think other collectors snagged them ahead of me. (The other parts of that assortment have been out on the shelves for some time now.) I actually like it and now have a Mutt figure

Found something yesterday that I had not seen before at WM. A pack of 3 Indiana Jones figues: Mutt w/ snake, Indy and Russian Officer for 12.88
They also had: Mutt in leather jacket, Indy, Spalko.
You are saving 2 bucks on the 3 figures, but do I really need that much MUTT WILLIAMS?? No way. I have not even purchased a Mutt figure yet. Anyone find a good use for him or his accessories?

As difficult as it is I too have managed to avoid the siren's call of the Mutt Williams figure. He may make a good civilian figure, or use him for 1/18 '60s muscle car accessories, or could be used in bunches of four as a door stop. I don't have any muscle cars and don't need doorstops so until I find a use for greaser civilians I will pass. I am looking for the monkey with fez assortment though.Razor17019 wrote:Found something yesterday that I had not seen before at WM. That and the Streets of Cairo set are wildly abundant here. Like literally 10 of each at any given Target I visit.
I'm still looking for carded Vogel and Elsa, and all the TOD wave... The whole IJ fiasco is just a nightmare to me at this point, and I'm not really caring if I wrap up the line or not... Though the TOD figures are really the best looking wave of the series, which is a shame.
