there is a checketail at ever target i go to and then 2 FW's . exactly...every time, then there is the sherman, ad the randomizer is the marder or the 38t

i think the marder is the shiznit. they really went to town on it with the washes and I dare say they used MIG washes or something close. But that weathering is not in the molding like it was on the hetzer and last 38t, this sucker is painted, filtered and hit with washes, like a FoV tank
simply snazzy

On the way home on Friday I stopped at a super Target in Lewisville, Tx and picked up checker-tail P-51. I also found the troop card set, the sherman box set and the two armor pieces as well. Down the street I went into a WM just to see and found the Spitfire and picked that up as well. Man, made my Friday!

In another post I reported finding the Fw-190F and Double Nothin' P-51D at a local Target. Along with it was the Sherman playset, but nothing else. This is in Spring, Texas.

i will repeat my offer to ship items people need, i just need to be paid first via paypal

me and my music venue client are having a "terminal" argument over not being paid for my paintings on Friday and i don't have funds to throw around, buying the marder was an impulse. hoping i can get my paycheck and dramatically quit my job by 4pm
on my b-day week !

MArder offer

Post by PanzerArm » Mon Jul 28, 2008 11:06 am

I'll take you up on your offer Cabe, but it will have to wait till Friday(pay day). I have been to a total of 4 target stores now, and still haven't found the marder III. Found everything else though, bought the sherman set and 38(t) which are nice pieces, also got the FW even though I'm not a big plane guy. The price for the armor here was $17.99, and I would assume it is the same there? So I guess when you get the chance you can just PM me with the shipping details and I'll send the necessary funds via paypal. Thanks.

Would someone please post the UPC or item number?
My local Target can't find them in the system.

You're complaining? You got a spitfire!

Of course, I haven't been to WM in several weeks so I don't know what might be there, but I'm gonna bet on nothing new.

Yeah you can get marder shells at Hobby Lobby, the Tamiya ones. At least here. I finally found a Spitfire (WM). But it had terrible QC, as in OBNOXIOUS. :( I passed. It hurt, but there will be more.

You guys know that Superglue residue cleans up easily with a q-tip and some rubbing alchohol....

Fingernail polish will destroy the plane as well if you're not careful...
