OK guys, I finally took some time off and devoted part of it to making a purse out of a sows ear with the BMC Higgins boat.

The weathering doesn't show very well, but I added two Ma Dueces from FOV tanks, shields from styrene, FOV tools and used some very thin aluminum wire for rope. It looks passable now, although I would like to fill this thing up with standing infantry ready to egress. Anybody know of good Marines/Army figures I could use?

With the BMC amtrack and a FOV jeep for scale:

This thing is pretty large at 12" long. For $15 I think this is a deal. Next up: the A7V WWI monster.

   8)

Awesome work Steve! I too have aspired to do great things with lesser 1/32, but alas, I no longer have the tools or the money to afford the equipment that a job such as this would necessitate. In other words, you're the man.

Re: Churchills...I'm pretty sure they're actually 1/35...CTS (which is a good company to deal with) has a bad habit of overstating the scale of some smaller stuff as 54mm...PS XLNT job on the Daimler...
