New BBI Apache and Blackhawk?

Post by Obi2kenobi » Tue Jul 22, 2008 10:45 am

Does anyone know if BBI is coming out with new versions/paint schemes for the Apache and Blackhawk?

You never know what is in store but I have heard no noise. Given that BBI has missed ship dates on their Zero, Hornet and Falcon repaints I would not plan on seeing them soon. Perhaps after the Olympics?

There were two paint schemes for the Apache, and two (perhaps three) for the Blackhawk.

MTS says the plan is to include a number set so you can choose which bird to make. No idea on the names though.

That one was the only one I saw. I'm glad I got it when I did, I never saw them again.

my guess is we will be seeing more. Target has the Abrams again at full price right next to Shermans. One target jas full pegs of Germans and modern figures from FOV so I think once fall hits we will be seeing more 1:18 -

I sure would like to see those helicopters again at Target. They were a sweet deal at retail of $29 I missed the Blackhawk, but got the Apache.
I can't believe what they are going for on ebay now.
It would be nice to see the Pavehawk re-issued also.
