The tank is complete but no box and no figure.

I agree with Mitch... you should easily be able to get $80-$100 for it on ebay, the problem you might have is with the shipping... shipping cost to anybody on this side of the pond (USA/Canada) is going to be a killer, so your best bet may be a sale to somebody in Europe or the UK.
