Trying to Complete my German Vehicle Collection

Post by Fritzkrieg » Wed Jul 09, 2008 6:34 am

I never really got into the 1:18 military vehicle collecting, until recently. I had a couple of tanks, but now I'm trying to put together a decent German vehicle collection, for Dio center pieces. I don't have any planes, I've been trying to win BF-109s of ebay, but have had no luck. Does anyone know an on-line dealer who is selling these for a reasonable price? I would try the trade section, but my 6 month paroll period is not up yet.

Just wait for the BBI version. It's a much better plane detail-wise, and it's gonna be hella cheaper than what the 21st BF-109Gs are going for on Ebay these days.

It shouldn't be too hard to find G versions on-line. Plenty of places have the Seeman for less than $50. TRU has them also.

I have not seen one at TRU, is it available online?

Funny... I checked some of my usual online retailers (BadCat, Foxholetoys, Smalljoes, Toyfederation, etc.) and none had the 21c Bf-109G. Never thought I'd see that day... They are at TRU and were pretty common, at least in the western states. In fact, my local store has one.

Monkey depot

Yes, monkey depot, I'd highly recommend them. I live about 10 minutes from their store, which is the one nice dedicated 32x/xd/FOV dealer in town, and they have a great set-up. If only they were hiring...

I have the original BF-109 from 21st. The emil version worth the yellow nose. I have not checked the ebay pricing on it, but it is an old one and I am willing to part with it. Also have the LOU IV mustang from waaaay back.

oh and the snake camo stuka if you need that. All are out of box and been hanging from a wire for years
