I have a bravo force plain Jane Sherman here that needs to get painted up custom.
I don't collect 1:18th, but I sure as heck am going to paint them.
is there a camo or nationality anyone could suggest that would be in demand or a welcome additions to most 1:18th collectors, or if you are wanting something specific, is it something you would buy if it showed up?
just lookig for suggestions, I have tons of color profile plates with schemes
I also have the XD 1:18 loader driver and CO from 21stC to go with it, so i am going to include those in the sale, but they can always wait for another ride if this one turns up USSR lend-lease or something else besides US markings/camo
Thanks

The FOV Sherman is a mid production M4A3 Sherman which was only used by the U.S. Army. The USSR received the M4A2 Shermans for lend lease.. FOV's M4A3 is also the wrong model and a latter version to have been used in N. Africa. The 21st Century would be a better choice for a British tank in N. Africa.

yeah,
i had yet to dig it out and take a look at the version on Sherman it was, then off to wiki to see by whom and how.where it was used, seems it might be best (and fun) to use fritzkrieg's suggestion and do a detailing + stowage job on it.
i will look around on any conversions that might work..seems slim

The Jumbo Sherman or M4A3E2 was a rare vehicle. It was a M4A3 with extra thick front and side hull armour , a thicker cast transmission housing and a thicker cast turret with a thicker manlet. It originally carried a short 75mm but a few were retrofitted with the 76mm gun. Only the US Army used the Jumbo.
Most versions of IDF Shermans require an Easy Eight (E8) suspension which no manufacturer has made in 1/18. The expensive Tamiya 1/16 does have an Easy eight suspension and could be modded into an IDF M50/51 Sherman. Here is a link to one such mod.
