It's really not all that surprising that he got a bid.... as the saying goes, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and we've seen this kind of thing take place on ebay many times. I would be curious to see what his contributions on fine scale modeler were though... I honestly cannot imagine anyone of that caliber of modeling skills offering up something like this with so many obvious shortcomings...

As for the comment about being an "expert"... in my experience, just about the time you think you are an expert... that's when you step in shi... well, you get the idea...

Great idea. With a bit of weathering , cutting down on the amount of Barbie hair and re-arranging the straw ,it would look quite good.

Actually, the Tiger company of Totenkopf had the
l l l markings, with no underline.
