Here's my first real attempt. I had never really seen any field medics...so, I tried one out.

Great Job.
The field Medic really stands out.
What head sculpts did you use? I don't recognize them.

The medic is a BBI paratrooper head, and the latter two are Dragon figures. The first one is a German head, and the second is off one of the 101st Airborne guys.
Thanks for the kind words.
The medic's helmet is based off of a picture I found online. So it's accuracy could be off.

Nice job integrating the Dragon gear with the 21C figures.. Wish Dragon would get back into 1:18, their equipment was the best.. Looks great! :D

Yeah, I have always thought the Dragon gear is far superior to the 21st or FOV gear. I find the FOV field gear to be oversized. Dragon works just right. Plus, the guns are spot on.
I also prefer the Dragon head sculpts over the FOV or 21st heads. I know that's kind of a "dirty word" around here, but, I think they look more real.
Also, they have excellent ponchos that work wonders with the Dragon belts...which, fit over the ponchos. Those Dragon ammo pouches look 100% better than the sometimes oddly shaped 21st pouches, or the way wrong FOV German ammo pouches.
So really, all I have done is taken the best parts of the three major brands, and used those parts to make -- what I feel to be -- better looking figures.

Thanks again for the kind words. I have about 30-40 of these mod/custom Germans, and about two dozen US troops. So, I'll be putting up some more pics once I get a chance to take some more pictures.
