For anyone who wants a 1/18 F-4 now

http://rc-castle.com/shop/product_info. ... anguage=en

The exchange rate makes it about $110 plus shipping.

Very close to 1/18, just a hair small, probably about 1/18.3 scale.

Advantages are it's available now and it will be nice and light for hanging, as opposed to the plaster cracker that 21c or AT would produce.

Very cool, thanks Aferg. I know you don't have a camera but is there anyone here who could post photos of some of these RC birds? I would love to see close ups of these before I take the plunge...

I've seen the Playboy bunny on F-117s, but I can't tell if this is a real scheme.

Looks like it's an F-4B, Jolly Rogers, during the Vietnam war. I think the buzz number on the nose should be larger but otherwise, pretty good.

edit: i knew something didn't look quite right about the plane. It's an F-4E in F-4B markings. So, either requires a repaint or some forgiveness. :)

Are those made from Styrofoam or something more rigid?
