21st C 1:32 Hetzer re-paint updated new pics

Post by Cabe » Wed May 14, 2008 10:39 pm

Now weathered since last posting.
Price is $100 which includes shipping
Antennae added (not pictured)
Also, satin finish will be toned down to more of a matte with some MIG pigments and a light wash of dark tan MIG washes. Rusted tracks will be worked on as well to appear more powdery and muted. my camera seems to pick up on any and all MIG rust pigments and turn them very bright, they are actually quite tame.
Hetzer will still look the same but less shiny and a light coat of dust being careful not to obscure details

I don't think you saw my last reply on your other post. How much will this tank be and do you have the regular hetzer?

hi hoggard, i sent you a PM back when you posted that
did you not get it?
I dunno myself, this site has been acting funny lately not notifying me of new posts/responses and PM's.
for example i was notified of these 2 responses.

I will check my outbox to make sure it sent, check your inbox. I don't know why it wouldn't have gone out to you
But yes I do have another unpainted hetzer and this one is $100. I told you in the PM I would take $116 for both and free shipping.

oh and thanks for the compliments!

That's a great deal! I may wait later until I have the money to spend. If no one else takes it that is. Would the regular hetzer be $16 w/ or w/o shipping,
thanks

well if i shipped the reg hetzer alone i would have to charge shipping because i got for it 18 at walmart, but i would probably rather do a re-paint on it unless you are just having a reeeeally hard time finding a hetzer, which i can believe considering how long it took them to show in Dallas along with the marder III, then they started showing up everywhere , i usually wake up and there is one in my hair and I rub my eyes and a Pz38t falls out

i will say that I have seen hetzers everywhere now, TRU, walmart and Hobbytown...the flood gates r open. The walmart i went into tonight had 3 for 14 bucks each.
If I wasn't spending all my money on filling up the kitchen i would have grabbed them for re-paints

seems to be how it is for some. The discussion on the hetzer and marder III was almost 3 months old and folks were talking about what they wanted to see next. I had resigned myself to ordering one online when suddenly Germany sent divisions of tiny tanks into the N. Texas area. They still occupy the shelves everywhere. I am sure it will happed soon in your area.
