Wartanks Manufacturing, the brand name for the Onsitediecast Website has released a prototype picture of their King Tiger w/Porsche turret. I've been waiting for this picture for about two years.

It's advertised as being 1/48 scale. Try this link for more info on the Wartanks lineup.

Jagdplastic: Thanks so much for the intel! I was not aware of this fine line of 1:48 Wartanks armour, nor of Onsitediecast.
I wish now I hadn't bought all those Corgi, Solido and Verem pieces in 1:50 scale. These new 1:48 Wartank pieces go much better with all my 1:48 Armour Collection warbirds!

Re: Onsitediecast King Tiger Porsche
I wouldn't be too remorseful as I've been watching this line for a couple of years and they've only produced a handful of models. In the meantime, Corgi has put out many more times the product in about half the time.
I personally haven't gotten one of the Wartanks models yet. The Wartanks Henschel turret is tempting and I've seen it come down in price quite a bit. One downside is that the tracks don't move, but are molded resin. I've not gotten a model with this before. The KT Porsche originally was to be about $80 US with a single figure; that has been reduced to about $50 with three figures and a diaroma base. The tank is of an actual machine that we've talked about on the old GP website.

Do you know if the chassis and turret of Wartanks Tiger II is molded mostly of resin?
I think the diorama base would look better is the tank track markings match the Tiger's footprint perfectly, and the markings end where the front of the Tiger's tracks are to be when placing the model.
Dragon 1:144 bases should be modified in the same manner.
