after just a quick look i think a reasonable custom could be made. You'd have to redo the turret. You can cover the running gear with the dust skirts and pile lots of stowage on the front and back ends. Dimensionally they're about the same.
i never met an airplane i didn't like...

The conversion would need alot more than the turret and dust skirts...

These are my 1:32 scale FOV examples of both tanks. There's quite a few significant differences to be had between both models. Not that I'm trying to stop you, however 8)

detail differences at most....many of which can be hidden by stowage, oil drums etc. I'm not talking about making a world class model, i'm talking about making a 1/18 scale representative of a challenger II tank. Your pictures have actually encouraged me further.

That is my favorite FOV piece. Aferg, great idea. If looks could kill the Challenger II would be untouchable.

That is one nice thing about the FOV pieces. At $20+ a pop I don't mind carving these up for customs.
