INVASION of SAIPAN--BEACH GREEN!!! DIORAMA

Post by RED » Sun Mar 23, 2008 7:42 pm

Hey yall!!! Me and Mrs.RED went to Jekyll Island last week---she had to go to meetings all day and I got to explore the island!!! Knowing that the beaches were going to be dead in the middle of the week I took alone my beloved Marines and my 2 LVT's!!! I would of had more pics of my beloved Marines on the beach but the sand gnats were really, really bad!!! So I hope yall enjoy what I got so far!!!!---RED---Image

As usual Red, Great pics!
I especially like the beach shots. Running Marine must have a pin in his foot to keep him up?

RED, I absolutely love your stuff. Someday you will have to share your blueprints for those LVTs!

Keep 'em coming! :D

Great work RED! always enjoy your shots.

Nice set of photos. Do you chose to work with the Marine figures because their faces seem more animated, or do you just prefer Marines ?

I love the use of the Marine figures in an actual beach setting :D They look perfectly at home there.

I have always liked the Marines and the PTO because my Grandfather was a Marine who fought in WW2!!! Sometimes the animated faces work pretty good in action photos---but for the most part I just like the Marines!!!!---RED---

Another great dio Red.... you are the "Master", no doubt about it. One thing though, the pic looking inland looks more like an invasion of South Carolina than it does Saipan...LOL  Well, I guess you gotta use some artistic imagination eh..?? Great work as always. 8)
