Cool Humvee replacement with anti-mine and anti-IED protection.. Appears there are over 2000 of these in service in Iraq and Afghanistan. Would look great in 1:18..

yes, let me tell you it is amazing .... i am currently in iraq and we just got one ... my team had turned in our humvee for it and i am the gunner of it ... the thing is the best thing yet, maybe a little ahead of its time as there are 0 part for it if it goes down but yes i would love to see it in 1:18th i would buy it and save it id also like ot see an ASV (m1117) another truck i was in for a long time
I'm not speaking ill of the vehicle at all, but I do have to ask, which one is it? Those two pictures aren't of the same vehicle, at least, not with enough similarity to be considered interchangable. The first seems to lack the unique underbody shaping that is supposed to be such a key part of the MRAP. Perhaps one is a specialized variant, or a pre-production model? In either case, I'm going to have to disagree, I don't think it would make a good 1:18 vehicle at all. Not even worth producing in 1:18. Now 1:32, like all the rest of my collection, that's another story...
