CONTEST #4 IS HERE!
This contest the theme will be boats. Submarines, landing craft, mini-subs, Patrol boats, monitors ect. You have from  now untill  August 1st. Entries will be judged on originality, historical accuracy,
difficulty of the piece, Paint, and construction. This is a 1/18th scale contest. Myself and one other person will be the judges. Please contact me if you are interested in being a judge.
1st Prize: $300.00 cash
2nd prize: $100.00 cash
3rd prize: $50.00 cash
Have fun guys and as usual if you have any questions pm me.

Correct. This is not a diorama contest. I selected boats this time because first we haven't done this subject yet, and second
The hull construction can be accomplished pretty easy. The ending date of August means even the busiest of us can find the time to do this contest. Have fun guys and lets see what you can do. Second judge position is filled.

I've just finished the drawings for mine too. Problem is, my wife brought up another subject that would be great for this contest, so now I'm torn. I may just end up building both and see which one I like better. BTW, I have just completed my research on the second subject, so in a sense, it too is already underway.
Would it be possible to enter two models in the contest?
