This is my first custom post.
I received a BMC LVT from MG-42 in trade and while on vacation decided to improve the thing. I removed the plastic between the tracks and side hull, added a front hatch, tow cable and antennae and painted her up. I did not have any 1/32 scale stars so I had to hand paint them; I figure most are done in the field by hand anyway.
Below are side, front, rear, top views and one shows a Calliope Sherman I had done a few years ago (poorly) for scale. I really like this piece and urge those who enjoy this to pick one up. They can be had for $10-12 on line; FETCO toys has them available. I am thinking of picking up another to do an LVT with the 37MM Stuart turret.
Hope you enjoy.
