I just placed my first order...the guy on the phone was nice....I hope they ship fast. Have you guys had a good experience with this company?

Shipping time was reasonable for me being on the opposite coast. It'll probably be much faster for you.

I had some follow-up customer service issues; nothing major, but enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth.

I prefer The Toy Federation. I've always had great service and their location makes shipping faster to me.

I'm a big BadCat fan - they're my vendor of choice. Rob's always come through for me!

Their shipping times are excellent especially if you live in CA. I've ordered several times and received my shipments within several days. My only negative about BCA is that some of their pricing on the newer items are starting to rise faster than would be expected. Overall though, they are a very good company to deal with. :D

Perhaps this will help: When I am in Fresno, there is a place that I can get pretty much the same XD stuff - to date, I've bought more from BCA!! Communication is good, and they ship quickly.

Most of my collection has come from BCA.
Well pleased with the service, time and time again.

I too wonder about the coupon box when ordering online. :?:

I've had nothing but great experiences with Bad Cat. Rob and all his employees are first rate. If theres one company I trust ordering on the net from its Bad Cat.

I have ordered quite a few items from BCA and have been very pleased. Their customer service is top notch and their order fulfillment times seem reasonable. That being said, I am however concerned about BCA's shipping charges and seemingly rapid increases in prices. I don't mind paying a little more for accurite orders and good customer service, but I'm hoping BCA doesn't become one of those retailers that nickel & dime their customers into oblivion. Time will tell.

I can't say enough about Rob, Maria, Julie, and Matt-the Badcat Gang. My orders are always shipped quickly and accurately. They usually go out the same day. I had one or two models arrive with broken parts: Badcat sent me new ones immediately. Best of all, you never get a busy signal or an answering machine when you call Badcat. I honestly don't see how their service could improve. They're tops in my book ! :D

Well, I just thought I'd follow up, since I started this thread. Ordered 6 figs on Monday morning, items showed up on Weds. at lunch. All figures were correct, and in great shape! I'm very happy and will order from them again...I dealt with Matt, he was cool and helpful!
