Worth the money? I don't think so.

Fedex just delivered this 1/35 Dragon Tiger tank - Initial Production, s.Pz.Abt.502, Eastern Front, 1942. How can they justify the $70-$80 MSRP for these? I only got it because I won it on ebay for $32 plus $10 shipping. For my opinion, its barely worth that. I had always wanted one of the Dragon tanks but just couldn't see paying the retail asking price for them. Sure glad I never gave in. For that price, I thought they would be something really special. I certainly don't see them as being $40 better than a FOV tiger and certainly not $50 better than even a 21st. End of rant.

You have to consider that these are just "built" models, from their kits.. The kits retail about $45-50 + labor to build & paint, $70 pretty reasonable if you were to have one commissioned which could run $200-$300...
And, if you catch these on sale, you can usually get one for 1/2 of what MSRP is...

If they're just the Dragon kits built professionally I'd feel taken.

Well, Dragon 1/35 tanks aren't diecast... So comparing them to FOV/21st is like comparing apples to oranges.. and, to be honest, the Dragon Tiger I is far more accurate than you'll ever get from either of the other manufacturers even though its plastic..

My personal experience with kits was that they were fragile and even professionally built ones tended to have pieces either break off or the glue weaken and pieces just fall off....
