Unimax's FOV Bravo Team website
Wow. Unimax actually put the FOV WWII figs on their site.

The pics are small, but you can at least see the accessories that come with each figure.

When the time comes, I think I'll pass on the M-16 (already got two from 21c and those are probably better than the FOV one) but the striker will be an interesting addition
Still, I hope they improve their distribution and/or production numbers. From the sound of it, the Tigers are hard to find as are the Shermans. I saw the Tigers but have yet to find the Shermans. Figures are another story, but one with a positive outcome

Off topic, but did anyone else check out the Ages of Action section of FOV. Those articulated 1/18 knights, samurai and Egyptians could turn out to be pretty cool. That M16 looks pretty nice as well, but it is kind of hard to get too excited about it with the ones we already have from 21C.
It is what it is.
those ages of action figures could be pretty cool.....made in conjuction with Osprey publishing, which makes them sound even more promising.
The site they tell you to check out doesn't really exist though. www.AGESOFACTION.com

I agree. The Ages of Action figures do look very promising. The fact that Unimax teamed up with Osprey to create the figures does sound cool.
Now I wonder where they will be available? Hopefully these will be at Target too and maybe online retailers.

Go Ugly Early in 1/18!!
Still waiting and wishing for a 1/18 A-10 Warthog.

It will be interesting what the timeline on these new releases will be. FOV has historically given good release data on their 1/32 line, but usually ends up coming in rather late on deliveries. The mere fact that there was NO forwarning with the Target 1/18 releases makes me wonder if these are already on the water?
I am really liking that Stryker though! And the Samuari look great. Good things to come!

Really dont care too much for the fov stryker or m16 gun carriage. But i can see fov being the first ones to release a 1/18 stuart and a 1/18 stug tank

I'm silly enough to spring for a FOV M16 Multiple Gun Motor Carriage a month after getting the 21CT issue...but Unimax, please do something about your Machine Gun Droop, or the thing will look like a half-track with tentacles
PS I tried the boiling water/freezing water bath on my Abrams MGs & it worked...for about 4 days...all military toy manufacturers, may be it's time to rethink the plastic composition of all those long accessories, antennae, & gun barrels...PS#2 that Stryker looks cool...

cool
I love that FOV is in the game and that they are fast learners (note extra hand with WWII guys not there the first time around with the modern), but you have to admit things are easier when you're the second - or third - guy through the door. Those "Ages of Action" reek like stepped up "Warriors of the World."
As for the Stryker I am sure it is not what the thing will look like but I'll gladly take it - very cool. The M16? Why?

Looks like FOV is going to be a major player in the world of 1:18. Always great to have that compitition because it forces the toy companies to come out with new products. Those other 1:18th scale figs look very promising as well.

JoeJefferson , thanks for the intel and link.
I was wondering when Unimax/FOV would give us some info on there 1:18th product line.
SO if your out there..... What ever you've made in 1:32nd WWII and oh well... all right and modern... make in 1:18th and it will SELL.
I do like these 1:18th German Figures even though I could only find 2 sets (12 figures total).
Bring it on!
