Pegasus Racer

Has anyone tried to attach the support wires to their Pegasus Racer? If so, what did you use and how did it work out? I still feel this piece would look so much better with its supporting stuctures.

From past models that I've done I recommend R/C airplane pushrod, smallest dia. you can find. A dremel and a small bit to drill into the plane then cut the pushrods to size, bend the ends slightly and slot them into the holes with a dab of glue. Looks great and won't sag over time as does wire etc.

Is it possible to use pushrod for 32x? Or too large? I really like having antenna wires, and while some turn out fantastic (One of my Me-262s, my M.202 and A6M2) My others sag and look wavy. I use 18 guage speaker wire, stripped and seperated. Wrapped around a mast, or seat if it goes into the cockpit directly, and then glued to the tail... I need a better looking way.

Haha, the funny thing is, I've got guitar strings. :D Plus there's a guitar place only 10 minutes skating distance from here. :D
