Post by ww2collecter » Sat Mar 19, 2005 10:20 am

I thought I'd share these websites w/ you guys. If anyone is looking for good artwork to go w/ there display check these out. Some prints match the actual 1:18 planes that 21st put out. I happen to have the "Big Beautiful Doll" and it goes great w/ the model

Good idea! I know that there are paintings of (and quite possibly prints) that can go specifically with the Kepford Corsair, the Boyington Corsair, the 'Lou IV' P-51, the Galland 109, the Graff 109G, the 'Putt Putt Maru' P-38, BBD P-51 (as you showed), and the 'Sailor Malan' ZPA Spitfire. There are other paintings/prints that feature aircraft similar to, though not specifically of the RAF & AVG P-40s, the tropical 109, the D-day Spitfire (as well as some of the others), the tropical and gray Stukas, and there's probably some more out there. Cool!
