The Franklin Mint Slashes Prices on Loads of Closeouts
No doubt looking to move old inventory in preparation for their incoming 2008 range, The Franklin Mint today announced massive price cuts on loads of Armour Collection aircraft, diecast cars and other key items. In many instances, the new suggested retail prices have been cut in half, particularly on some of their more expensive items. According to the manufacturer, the promotion will end on January 6th, at which time the closeout items will revert back to their original prices should inventory remain on hand. The closeouts now appear in our Special Promotions section and each item shows its original and newly reduced price. Keep in mind that in many instances, the rolled back price is lower than their 2005 prices...[posted 12/14/2007]
