This looks like a darn good deal. Question though; is this really the "Marines Dream" or the checkerboard version? I thought I had read in the past that what was shown at TRU and what was received were different.

Is this deal only online? I've been waiting for a decent sale on a Corsair to grab one. TRU's around here have loads on the shelf.

It could be the checkered Corsair. I ordered one when it first was put on sale a few weeks back and the checkered Corsair was the plane that was shipped not the Marines Dream.

The stores also had them on clearance, the checkerboard. The last one at the local TRU was $17.98.

I recently bought a "Daisy June" Corsair for $40. Not very much of a discount, as they were earlier selling at the same store for $45, but that combined with a coupon that dropped the price to around $35 made it a better deal
