My Panzer Grays

Post by Epap » Fri Dec 26, 2014 3:28 am

When I checked my stocking to see what Santa brought me, I found a 1:43rd scale Eaglemoss Panzer III. I already had one, but as I'm fond of this particular WW2 armor item, I decided to redo the model so it fit with my Panzer Gray theme. This is the quaint scheme the model sported initially. Note the lack of rubber rims for most of the road wheels, including those stowed as "spares". Image

Here's my newly arrived Panzer III standing guard as a number of other grays pass on their way to the front. These are all, approximately in the same scale range---1:50th-1:43rd.Image

Finally, a group of larger grays pass in review, including a PZ I, just back from Spain:Image

Very nice. I too have always liked the gray vehicles...
