Has anyone tried to attach the support wires to their Pegasus Racer? If so, what did you use and how did it work out? I still feel this piece would look so much better with its supporting stuctures.

Re: Pegasus Racer
From past models that I've done I recommend R/C airplane pushrod, smallest dia. you can find. A dremel and a small bit to drill into the plane then cut the pushrods to size, bend the ends slightly and slot them into the holes with a dab of glue. Looks great and won't sag over time as does wire etc.JOC wrote:Has anyone tried to attach the support wires to their Pegasus Racer? If so, what did you use and how did it work out? Is it possible to use pushrod for 32x? Or too large? I really like having antenna wires, and while some turn out fantastic (One of my Me-262s, my M.202 and A6M2) My others sag and look wavy. I use 18 guage speaker wire, stripped and seperated. Wrapped around a mast, or seat if it goes into the cockpit directly, and then glued to the tail... I need a better looking way.
