34.00 today on eBayUK, makes me less sad about missing a Matchbox Pz IV H for 9.99 shipped..or both of Boesch's planes 109G and Fw190A that sold for 46.00 as a set.

Its always a sweet rush when you get your holy grail/s in hand after a long long hunt

Congrats Panzer M 8)

I just scored a holy grail myself last month, a Corgi Doolittle B-25 that didnt quite cost me a kidney. I'm still feeling the warm fuzzy afterglow of a lucky ebay BIN hunt

http://www.ebay.com/itm/BLN97-US-M1-GUN ... 1c2212e2de

the M4 tractor and 155mm long tom, but at 100.00+ I can't pull that at the moment.

Wow thats a lot of pounds for this set

Does it comes originally packaged like this as a duo or just so happen the seller paired both of your holy grails?

Thanks Snake :D Corgi's B-25 mold is worth its weight in gold

The black panels along the wings' leading edges are de-icer boots, I believe. They prevent ice build-up during flight that could cause a loss of control. It would certainly disrupt the airflow over the wing surface.

well got one of my wants today at Lunch, not a grail, but something I'd pick up for the right price.
FOV Su-122 for 12.99 shipped with a Buy it Now eBay listing.

Is the SU-122 the white with green foliage camo?

$12.99 shipped is pretty good score though if its become rare

I think FOV only released the winter version of the su 122.
On another note, just recieved FOV 8 ton FAMO normandy 80047. I opted the normal FOV release with the base plate than the D-Day packaging.

I actually have this 1/72 Su-122.

My only 1/72 armour, and it was a surprise gift, from an Ebay buy I did a few years ago. Very nice of the seller to give it to me, and although I like the subject, it is very small, and doesn't fit in anywhere.
