what is the going price for a displayed in excellent condition Spitfire Mk 1 with box and original first issue Messerschmitt in excellent shape with box but displayed?
Trying to decide whether to keep or flip them. Just picked them up.

What are the markings on the Spit?
The white 12 is most will go for $50 to $75 depending I think upon the direction of the wind.
The Spit could range from $100 to $175 depending on the markings.
That is what I recall of some of the most recent sales.

NKK is the most common, but I think those prices are still OK.kimtheredxd wrote:spit has markings of NK - K nose says the borough of lambeth

Re: spitfire and Messerschmitt
Just think, you could have been the one who paid 175.00 or so for a spit you DON'T intend to ever take out of the box!
It reminds you of seeing spits for 25.00 at walmart before the beginning of the end, doesn't it??

Re: spitfire and Messerschmitt
I just picked up the uber rare D-Day Spit off of Craigslist for 15 dollars. It was MIB!
You did great on yours too for $35.

Craigslist is the best. I have driven over four hundred miles for a great deal on there.
