The figure "Hans" does it go to a set? like the other sets like the Wiking set or is he alone??

As I recall he was a stand alone figure. Like a Cyber Hobby exclusive figure or something like that. He definitely was not part of any of the sets.

I have this figure. I picked it up on Ebay a loooong time ago. It's one of the best 1/18 Dragon figures, and just because of the facial sculpt, if nothing else.
