Small mission for everyone.

Post by Fitzystigertank » Thu Nov 01, 2007 12:03 pm

I was wondering if most of you could call your local TRU and give them the UPC# for the Hellcat. 021105217254. it's going to come up as an aircraft assortment. My local TRU is telling me that it's discontinued and won't be getting anymore in. I even called TRU where you order online and they told me the same thing. I know that the aircraft assortment consists of the DD P51. if BBi isn't selling the P51 anymore then what is the new UPC# for the Hellcat? this would be a great help to me to figure out what TRU is doing. Thanks.

Try some patience, I haven't found the hellcat either, but they keep showing up- there is always BCA.

why not just order the Hellcat from toysnswords.com It's $39.99, which is less than TRU charges, they have quite reasonable shipping charges and you'll have it in a few days, rather than having to worry about it. :wink:

I seriously doubt BBi is done with the Mustang. Just because TRU discontinues it doesn't mean the OEM will. The TRU in my AO are somewhat slow as well so I would do as the others said, order online or be patient... :wink:

i mostly started this thread seeing if everyone gets the same answer. i'm not dieing to get one cause i got one but the one of the landing gear broke because of BBi's big mistake. I love this plane i think it's cool lookig but having a broken landing gear just doesn't cut it for me. i can deal with the broken antenna wire but the landing gear. i just was wondering if my TRU computers are wrong or right.

Broken Gear

Hey Fitz....if you need help with the broken gear, PM me and I think I can help. The antenna probably won't be a problem either.

Fitzystigertank;

Either 'sleeve' the landing gear (depending on where it IS broken at) or drill in the center of both broken pieces and place a wire and glue.

Got any pics to show us?
