From my XD 1/18th days, I have 2 of the large, Victorian houses for sale. I would prefer to have the larger one picked up, because shipping will be a bear, but I will ship if the buyer wants.
First off:
The LARGE house:
This is the big Playmobil Victorian house, Item # 5300. It comes completely loaded with a ton of furnishings, including kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living rooms, etc. All is essentially BRAND NEW, purchased by me for use in XD photography. (Note the soldier on the Balcony to give an idea of compatibility) Never played with at all! Also included is the expansion pack to provide an extra floor/story. This kit, now out of production, raises the height of the house to an impressive height. If I recall, the house itself was over $200 when I bought it, the extra floor was $79.99, and the 8 or so room furnishings sets were all in the $15-$25 range. I have easily close to $500 in this house alone. I am sacrificing for $200, plus shipping. If you live in the central/northern NJ area, you are welcome to pickup the house. Or perhaps we can meet somewhere. I am very flexible in this regard. If it needs to be shipped, it will be in 2 large boxes: I pack thoroughly to ensure safe transist, and there is a LOT of stuff.
The Smaller House:
This is the smaller and much rarer Victorian House #5305. Again, this was purchased by me for a 1:18 scale project that never got traction. This was brand new when purchased. I have no girls, so it was never played with. It is complete and perfect in every possible way. This house routinely goes for over $200 on Ebay, but I am willing to sell it for $150 outright, plus shipping or free pickup.
For those of you who know, some Playmobil stuff works great with XD, some does not. These houses are in the “works good” category. They are very impressive pieces, and work well as a German HQ setting. They make for wonderful backdrops for a European city/town environment, and you can even use the interiors for photography work. I prefer to see them go to an XD enthusiast’s home rather then some random E-bay location where they will probably get played with and their value diminished.
