Okay, TKO, what's the story on these guys? Completely missed this from the F4 thread until someone pointed it out.
Is this definitely a go now? Has all the legal crap been taken care of? Any other vehicles besides the F4 coming out to support these? How many figures? And, most importantly, when do we get pictures to drool over?

The Platoon figures are coming out right after the figures that tie in with the release of "Pearl Harbor"
BTW, they all will be right behind the release of the RC 1/6 Panzer II
Just don't hold your breath.

Been holding my breath for what, two years on these guys?
Waiting for TKO to chime in and give some more details.

What other Vietnam Airpower, Armor, or Vehicles would be essential for that ERA in 1:18?

Actually, it's so big it's coming out in '08 AND '09.
TKO has already said that the Platoon figs are coming out this year. This was said when he debuted 21c's F-4.

Besides the Platoon figs we need some other figs to complement:
JOHNSON (Ladybird and Kissenger figures sold seperatly)
NIXON (with accessories: 20mins of audio tape)
Beatnik Peace Pacifist Hippie Freaks (with accessories: Peace Signs)

To Lee R. Frakes and the B-17
