A tip for removeing head and transforing bodys is to put them in the oven.

I like the hot water method - I don't have to wait for the oven to heat up, I can soften a specific part if I want (as opposed to the whole figure), and I don't have to wear oven mits :lol:

yeah.... i would say hot water as well...

i don't think i would risk the oven one, but maybe...

The oven tends to distort items that are plastic. The water works much better. You can even heat up some water in the microwave if you are in a hurry. For head swaps it only take about 30 seconds in the hot water and same time in reverse to replace the head.

The thing is with twist them til they snap off is you will brack the heads some times.
