Question about the Stuka pilot/gunner?

Post by lsc1002 » Wed Aug 23, 2006 5:46 pm

Has anyone taken the Stuka pilot or gunner apart? I want to use the top half of the figure, minus the head, for a custom figure. I been playing around with the figure but he is almost boken at the waist. I did not want to break the figure and was wondering if anyone knows a trick, besides hot water, at seperating figures? Thanks guys

Boiling water is the only way I know of to remove the torso from the waist safely. I have removed legs from them before, and you have to let them sit in the water longer to pull out the waist. The pin on the waist is about an inch long or so. I hope that helps you out.

If you want to remove just his lower legs, just bend them and they pop right out
