Not at Big Lots, but e-bay...... :(
Expensive, but at least we can see what's in the pacakge. Do a "other items" search and he has a few different sets

There was a Kay Bee outlet by me that should have this stuff. Cheaper than this guy... Are you looking for something specific with SWAT guys?
