S1 Panzer IV barrel

Post by killer 88s » Tue Mar 28, 2006 8:36 pm

Has anyone attempted to correct the muzzel block on the barrel of the Panzer IV? How hard would it be to do so?

I successfully did it. You can try twisting the mussle break to loosen the glue bond and hopefully be able to rotate the entire piece within the barrel and then re-attach it in the correct position using super glue.

When I made the modification, I tried the twsting, but ultimately succeeded in only snapping the piece off, with its base still fixed in the barrel. I then sanded the ends and reglued the piece. The tank looks alot better!
