Looking for 1/32 VF-1 decals

I've been looking for a while now, for some 1/32 Wolfpack decals for a GI Joe Skystriker. I've found a couple sets on eBay, but are kinda pricey, and one set of CAM decals on Brookkurst Hobby for $18.

Is $18 a fair price? I've never been in the market for waterslide decals before, so I don't know what's reasonable and what isn't. The decals I've purchased before were custom sets specifically made for the Skystriker, and were in the $10-$12 range. Can someone lend a little insight?
