Flyboy, you're customs over the years have become quite impressive!
What color did you use for the rust?

Very nice, I just finished my DAK Panzer IV on Sun. You did a lot more modifications to the tank than I did. It lloks fantastic. I wish I had that amount of time to put into a single model.
Keep up the good work,

Thanks, Be sure to post pics.
This project has slowly come together over 6 months. Just a little at a time.
And the rust is from pigments by Mig.

Outstanding work!

It looks real, like it's really made of metal.

Great job! The weathering looks fantastic, how did you make the tracks sag?

I am not trying to come across as negative at all. But she is a little to heavy on the weathering for my taste . This is perfect for a few years after the wars. Ror that it LOOKS FANTASTIC.
But for my personal taste a little too heavy on the weathering.
Again by no meens am I slamming your work. The job you did is just great !!!!

Totally understand!
I wanted him to look like a combat veteran.
The next tank soon to be painted (Panther) will probably have no weathering.

Flyboy, I remember when you first started posting here... and have really enjoyed watching you continue to advance into a great modeler/detailer...well done.
The sign of a great model is that one’s eye is not drawn to any one feature, yet one can study it for hours and continually find something new.

That is some of the finest, if not the best weathered metal effect I've seen.
