Hobby Master MIG-21

Post by P39time » Sat Oct 30, 2010 8:05 am

I am thinking about getting a Hobby Master Mig-21 model. Any of you guys have one of these? What do you think of it?

I have the Soviet "Frontal Aviation" version, it's a nice little model, emphasis on "little".... Along with the Mig-15 and A-4 Skyhawk the Mig-21 is one of the smallest planes in the HM lineup, but I'm very happy with mine.

One MiG-21 isn't enough. How about reliving Iran-Iraq war? :D

One MiG-21 isn't enough. How about some diorama?

Good to see some one else here get the CW Iranian F-14. :D

A bold choice from CW, and glad that they did it.

The HM Mig 21 is pretty small. However it is a good model. My only real complaint would be the lack of Soviet schemes.

If you have a decent jet collection, a Mig 21 should certainly be represented.

I bought Iraqi MiG-21 first.
MiG-21 says to Iranian F-14: You complete me.
Then I have to get a bad cat.
I also bought Corgi VC MiG-21 to accompany my HM Phantoms.
Corgi should give up F-4 series. They can't match HM's quality and price.
