Well I found a MIB one on-line from a reputable source. He wants $200 for it plus shipping. He’s out in California so I’m guessing shipping will be quite expensive. He compared it to ones on eBay for $299. Does that seem like a reasonable price for one of these? I have seen the eBay auctions with high dollar buy it now’s but honestly, I haven’t seen them selling for that. $200 seems more reasonable but I’m just not sure yet. Any suggestions/ comments?

I want to say that $200 is reasonable for something like this. They have been out of production for some time and are large, complicated items. If it were to be made/re-released today, it would easily cost $200 or more. I want to say that they were priced at $150 at general retail at Wal Mart several years ago and were actually higher than $200 with many of the small retailer that carried them. I know the 21c 1:6 scale M-5 Stuarts can go for much more than $200, so yes it seems you have a decent price

That seems about right. I think they were actually $199.99 at walmart although most were dicounted. I got mine for about $75.00 from a walmart in Frankfort KY. It's a great toy, but it really needs a longer barrell

I always thought it was a neat toy. $200 is more than fair for MIB. As long as you don't expect it to last if you play with it.

The original had notorious problems with tracks coming off because the drive wheel was paper thin plastic and 21C just gave up on the Abrams and never fixed it.

It was really a shame. You'd be better off with a 1/6 Humvee. That runs you to death. A great RC toy even if 1/6 guys were not happy with that toy either because there is no access to the interior. Still, a excellent RC toy.

Hey guys thanks for all the info. I’m going to go ahead and pick it up. I’ve been looking for about a year now so it’s time to buy or forget about it. My spare f-14 will help fund it or at least help pay back my savings afterwards. TTT, as for the Hummer I know what you’re talking about. I have three of those monsters and they are built better than a tank. This Abrams will get some use but I’m not planning on playing with it every night. Maybe there is a mod out there to help strengthen it. I’ll look into that.
